Our Trucks ships within 75 miles of each warehouse and FREE shipping options are available.

Customer Pick Up is available at no charge and no minimum order requirement.

We have 4 distribution warehouses in the United States.  Dallas,  Georgia,  Pennsylvania and Illinois.   Your order will ship out of the closest location.

All orders outside of DFW Metro-plex will be responsible for Freight Charges through common courier or UPS..

We will confirm pricing to you for approve before invoice and payment is requested.  Afterwards your order will ship once we are notified payment has posted. 

Note:  We DO NOT ship International.  We knowledge and understand we are not always competitive on the West Coast unless item has been marked Free Shipping.  This is due to freight and the competitive nature of our business.  But feel free to enter your order so we can compare before you decide to purchase.

*Please note that shipping charges out of Dallas -Fort Worth/Denton Texas area can be expensive.  Under no circumstances does G & C Box Supply pay any additional shipping charges out of DFW/Denton area or when common carrier is used.   

You may use your preferred freight courier account # for shipments, Just advise your Courier Name / Account # and in most cases,  we can take care of getting your order picked up and delivered.  

All credit card / bank draft orders require payment to be made before your order is shipped.

Pricing

Our pricing has been rounded down to 2 digits after decimal point for ultimate savings.

Pricing on our website is based on the Dallas, TX market unless item is noted FREE Shipping.  If not in the Dallas area,  Orders will ship out of our closest warehouse to your location and pricing may vary.  Out of state orders may need to ship by common courier.  Under no circumstances does G & C Box Supply absorb shipping charges.  All pricing will be confirmed and accepted by you before your order is processed.

PRICE INCREASES:   As a Master Distributor, G & C Box Supply is consistently working with our manufacturing partners to provide the best pricing possible.  Pricing noted at the time of your order on website will be honored.

Price increases are never fun but when NATIONWIDE increases are sent down through manufacturing, as with all distributors, unfortunately we must pass the increases on.

Send Order — you will receive confirmation we have received your order — you will be contacted by us to confirm your order before we process.  If in agreement, you will receive an Invoice through Quick Books where you can utilize the “Pay Invoice” link.  Once we receive confirmation your payment has posted,  your order will be processed and advised on delivery ETA.

Net 30 terms are available to companies located in the Dallas Fort worth Metro-Plex.  If you are interested in getting set up with payment terms, download the link above for our CREDIT APPLICATION and TEXAS RESALE CERTIFICATE. Simply Email Completed Forms to customerservice@gcboxsupply.com or fax to 469-533-1722.  We will get back with you as soon as your account is set up. Only Dallas-Forth Worth / Denton areas will be considered for payment terms.

( Note: All invoices will be charges Tax unless we have our Texas Resale Certificate form on file for your company outlining which products are tax exempted).

Shipping / MISC Charges?

FREE DELIVERY for Local Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Plex for all stocked orders/products.   Occasionally a Fuel Surge Charge will be applied.

Any of the other 3 warehouses nationwide, the minimum is $1200.00 for FREE delivery within 75 miles of warehouses.  Occasionally a Fuel Surge Charge will be applied.  Option to pickup at any our 4 warehouses are available with no charge.   

All orders outside of Dallas-Fort-worth Metroplex  or not within 75 miles of any of our warehouses:  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Your order will ship out of our closest warehouse to your location by common carrier, UPS, FED-X, Freight line.   You may use your own freight company with provided carrier name & your account number.  


You will be contacted for approval with ALL charges including any freight on your order before your order is processed.   

What type of payments do you accept?

All payments are required before order is processed for delivery,  unless your company is on file with NET 30 Terms.  Once order is placed you will receive a email confirmation followed by a call from us confirming your order. With YOUR approval, an invoice will be emailed to you where you can utilize our secure, fast and easy  “PAY NOW” option. We accept all major credit cards, pay pal or bank drafts.  All credit card payments are processed through Quick Books Merchant Services and GCBS does not require having your credit card information on file. Once payment is processed your order will be processed for delivery.

Dallas / Fort Worth companies that desire NET 30 Payment Terms, Please visit our Customer Service tab from the home page. Our Credit Application and Texas Resale Certificate link is located under “Payments and Shipping.”  Email the completed forms to us at customerservice@gcboxsupply.com or by fax at 469-533-1722.  Texas companies or Companies doing business out of Texas will be charged tax on all invoices unless we have our Texas Resale Certificate form on file for your company outlining products that are tax exempted.

GCBS Customer BONUS – Good Paying Customers with NET 30 terms:  Payments postmarked within 14 days of delivery/invoice date,  may take an additional 1% off the cost of delivered products.  The acceptable payment option will be noted on your invoice.  This does not apply to credit card or Bank Draft payment orders due to G & C Box Supply absorbs the fees associated.

Other pricing bonuses may be available and are handled on One to One basics.

When will I be invoiced for my order?

Customers that are set up with NET 30 terms will receive an invoice by email once your product has delivered with a due date scheduled 30 days from that delivery date.

All out of area orders are required payment before order is shipped by credit card or ACH Bank draft.

Once order has been received,   you will receive confirmation through email that we have received your order — you will be contacted by us to confirm your order before we process.  If in agreement, you will receive an Invoice through Quick Books where you can utilize the “Pay and View Invoice” link.  Once we receive confirmation your payment has posted,  your order will be processed and advised on delivery ETA.

Do you sell to individuals or just companies?

Our primary customer base are Companies of all sizes located in Denton, Dallas,  Fort Worth and the surrounding Metroplex areas.  Most often, our packaging is supplied to companies that ships product out of their warehouse or retail stores on daily bases. Our product lines includes all packaging supplies, janitorial, material handling and office supplies.  *We can deliver to individuals with small orders with a  delivery charge of $20 in most cases. Many of our products are packaged in quantities that can not be broken (example: bundle of boxes) and will require the minimum packaging to be purchased.

Local FREE delivery with minimum orders of $399 within 75 miles of our Dallas warehouse.

What are your purchase requirements & minimums?

There is NOT a minimum order requirement.  Free Local Delivery for the Texas DFW area.  Orders shipping from one of our other 4 warehouse Nationwide wide will be responsible for shipping cost.  Free Shipping with the other warehouses at $1200.00 minimum order.  Order total including all charges will be confirmed and approved by you before you are invoiced and payment is requested.

Product minimum requirements are noted on order screen.    (*example:  boxes bundled in 25) Most other products are in increment of 1, roll, case, bundle, etc….    Some Corner boards and Machine Stretch Wraps can only be ordered in Pallets Quantities and those options are also noted on the ordering product screen.

Can you do custom runs?

Yes ! We are very competitive on custom corrugated , printed forms, printed envelopes, printed tape or specialty bags.  Pricing varies based on quantity.

Do you have free shipping?

Dallas – Fort Worth FREE SHIPPING up to 75 miles from our warehouse house on all stocked products.   Other 3 out of state warehouses have a $1200.00 minimum for FREE Shipping within 75 miles of warehouse.   • More Discounts are available and are handled on One to One basics.
  • Example: Corrugated Boxes, minimum of 3000 SF of board may qualify for Make & Ship with additional discounts.  1 week average lead time although right now the lead times are running a few weeks. 

 

 

How long will it take to get my items?

In most cases, your local order will deliver NEXT DAY on all stock products.   You will be notified with confirmation of delivery date.

Out of State orders shipping carrier require additional time.  We will advise delivery estimate date and tracking number.

 

Where will my items ship from?

Your order will ship from our closest warehouse to your location. We have 4 warehouses  Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia and Dallas.

All charges on your order will be approved by YOU before order is processed for delivery.

Hours of operation?

Our main office and call center is open M-F, 8-5 Central Standard time.  Orders received by 4:00 P.M. will be scheduled for Next Day Delivery.

How do I return an item?

We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery on any discrepancies on your order for a return to be considered.   Restocking fees may apply on returns.   If picking up at our warehouse,  your order is expected to be verified before leaving to your satisfaction.
